INMOTION Studio offers several high-intensity classes that focus on building muscular power, improving functional fitness levels and enhancing neuromuscular coordination. Meltdown, PUSH 45, BYOB and Quick Core are among them. This series offers seasonal and sports conditioning, functional training, high-intensity interval training, and other formats are among the classes that last up to nine weeks and rotate throughout the year.
